- Autumn – Advent Appeal – ‘reverse advent calendar
Our Autumn Term appeal is launched on the first Monday of Advent. Our children are asked to bring in any non-perishable foods, toiletries and confectionary to support one of the local food banks. Some of the donations are used to help families within the school community.
Children are given a Golden Ticket when they bring in a donation. They have the chance to win a section box. A winner is selected from each class.
- Spring – Lent Appeal – ‘a coin and a tin, it’s a win win’
Our Spring Term appeal is launched on the first Monday of Lent. Our children are asked to bring in any non-perishable foods, toiletries and confectionary to support one of the local food banks. Some of the donations are used to help families within the school community.
Any coins that are donated are given to the CAFOD appeal.
- Summer – Youth Village Appeal – ‘a haribo for helping’
- Our Summer Term appeal is directed by the Youth Ministry Team. Our children are asked to bring in any non-perishable foods to support a charity identified by the YMT. Children are given a sweet with a donation.
- Summer – Uniform Appeal – recycling old uniforms
- Our Summer Term appeal invites our parents to donate all old or unwanted uniform into school. All of the uniform is donated to a uniform charity shop in the city centre.
